#2479 - can't upload star rating to sugar ondemand demo instance

Hi, When trying to load the cap star rating module into Sugar it produces error message that it's dependent on the report qualifiers but this one doesn't work with ondemand. Do you have anything that I could load into my on demand demo instance to get the star rating fields without having to load the report qualifiers?

    can yoiu please provide me your flavor and version ?

    (sugar PRO or ENT ? 7.1 --> 7.7.1.0 ?)

    the fix is only a little code modification in manifest.php file, I think with your answer I'll be able to fix it asap

      Hello, please give us your OnDemand URL

      Our plugin installation files recognizes sugarondemand.com and sugaropencloud.eu URL but mayve you have a new domain name associated with your sugarcrm ?

    Just checked on demo.sugarondemand.eu and it works out of the box on ENT 7710

    We upload the zip version 1.91 to enable the 7.7.* branch (1.9 was limited to 7.6.*)

    Hi, where can I access the new zip file? I'm on v7700 and have just tried to load the zip file I have currently in my demo key area however still getting message that it's dependent on the report qualifiers. It's a myinstance.demo.sugarcrm.com URL instance

    Just to add to that, the version that I uploaded was 1.91, giving message The following dependencies were not found on the system.[CaptiveaReportQualifiers]

    Thanks for your additional details We just uploaded 1.92 to update the modules with the new ondemand url (sugarondemand.eu was not included in the former release)

    Hi there sorry I'm not sure I understand your response and I've just tried to upload the 1.92 file to my instance and I get the same issue. The demo instance we use now is demo.sugarcrm.com (not sugarondemand) - can you please activate this with your product if possible? Thanks

    Never heard about demo version hosted directly on sugarcrm.com domain.

    Can you please send us the exact and full URL on modules@captivea.fr ? will help us solve the issue.

    In the meantime, we uploaded 1.93 version to try to open the gate to this new domain.

      Got it, sugarcrm opened a new demo instances builder associated to new URL. 1.94 is compatible with sugarcrm.com and sugarcrm.eu url as well

    Thanks for this, it worked in one of my instances however I'm now trying to install it in another and it's saying that the Licenses expired: the following licenses are no valid or have expired! In order to enter a new key, click the link. It allows me to upload but fails at the install phase giving me the message prior to entering a license key: Including: cache/upgrades/temp/bH6ypj/scripts/post_install.php Database failure. Please refer to sugarcrm.log for details.

    Is there another zip file you could provide that would allow me to get around this?

      I am sorry but I don't think you could install the same module using the same key on different sugarcrm instances. Have you try to buy a new key for the second instance ?

      Where is located the second instance, which url, which version, which flavor ? is there any other module installed via module loader ? any customization made outside studio ?

      I will have to have a look next week at this error but more info from you will of course help us Regards
