    Hi,

    RT-GSync plugin is working accurately on above given instance but the configured licence key is only for single user. So only one user can use the RT-GSync features. If you want to enable RT-GSync features for multiple users then you need to upgrade the licence key for multiple users.

      I don't need multiple users. Somehow the user all got changed to the Administrator and that is not the user I want enabled. I don't know now which instance goes with which ticket. But I checked everyone of these yesterday and its not working.

      Do I need to purchase separate licenses for dev instances? These sites are live and people are working in them from 9am to 5pm EST. I need dev versions of these instances to test any new changes.

      Please advise.

    Hi,

    Please let us know if your issue has been fixed or you need any further assistance from our side?

    You need to get a separate license for separate instances. On each license you can enable the allowed number of users for that license.
