Hello,
Once you create your portal instance, an email is automatically been sent to your email address (itguy20150101@gmail.com). This email will allow you to reset your password.

Why is this case closed? There is still the issue with the license and payment. Can you just send me a link and let me pay whatever i need to pay to get this active? I've had money all month and there have been charged from sugar outfitters. Why did you not charge for this one? This mistake is on your end, not mine.

I don't see a job for 'Calculate Longitude and Latitude' in the scheduler. I think when installing there were some permission issues. I may have tried to uninstall and reinstall before. I'm not sure. But I want to set this up correctly, please advise.

Do I need to purchase separate licenses for dev instances? These sites are live and people are working in them from 9am to 5pm EST. I need dev versions of these instances to test any new changes.

I don't need multiple users. Somehow the user all got changed to the Administrator and that is not the user I want enabled. I don't know now which instance goes with which ticket. But I checked everyone of these yesterday and its not working.

I tried resetting the permissions, that didn't work.
Seems like its not saving the license info. When I go to the license, It will validate and I have a user. But when I go back, it doesn't show its validated or there are any licensed users.

Its not working. I went to purchases. I changed the 10 to a 1 and hit 'update users' and nothing happens. I can't save the setting.

There seems to be a javascript conflict. I can no longer drag users over to enable them.
I can't select any users at all at this time.
