#4804 - Can't get AddressHelper to display street numbers, only street names
Hello, my trial is up in three days. This is my second attempt to get help on this issues. We appear to have installed AddressHelper successfully but it does not display street numbers, only street names. And there is no possibility to click past it when creating a new customer profile, so it is completely unusable in its current state.

After installing the addon, have you completed the following steps? 1. a quick repair, 2. a logout of the application 3. clear browser caches 4. reconnect

Hi Charles, I carefully followed each step of the set-up guide. Clearing browser cache was not listed as one of the steps. Trial period expires tomorrow. If I can get a trial extension, I will re-install and follow your steps to try to make it work. Otherwise, I guess I will need to cancel the trial and look for another solution.

Okay, I re-installed AddressHelper following the set-up guide. I see now where clearing browser cache is in the setup directions.

I also created accounts with locationiq.com and geoapify.com, and got the API keys for each.

Unfortunately, the issue is unchanged. I tried to create a profile using my own address - established town in Colorado - several addresses displayed, many with no street address. But no valid address was in the list. Since there is no way to get past these suggested addresses, I am completely unable to create a new profile using my own address.

We are using SugarCRM Version 13.0.0 (Build 216 E) (Q2 2023) on the browser. Firefox is the browser we are using.
