Hi all,
I have 3 quick questions; I hope you can help me.
- Is it possible to have more than 1 chart by report?
- I created a new calculated field and I am using it under "grouping & sorting". The field created under calculated field is shown on the report, but I dont need it, I just need the one from grouping & sorting. How can I remove the new calculated field from the report?
- How can I create a calculated field that will give me the following report: if 'close.date' > today then revenue = probability * amount else revenue = amount

Hello Tiago,
Currently each report can have no more than 1 chart added (although you can add Charts to Dashboard and use "Save as" for easy copying of the report in order to create new Chart. By the next year spring we will add new Cockpit functionality for Analytic Reporting Tool PRO version: you will be able to add report and several charts with filters to the same Cockpit.
I didn't fully understand the case, the best is if we look at your screen together during our scheduled meeting ;).
We do not yet have the calculated function to use greater than today, but we will have ability to edit functions manually (and we will support you there on the function creation according to sample) in September, - we will contact you as soon as ready :). We will also add the pre-defined functions in September and October.

If I create a calculated field, it will be shown automatically on the report. Is there a way that I can hide that column?
How can I manually change the formula? Do you have any manual / screenshots?
