It seems there is problem with database connector. Can you please tell us what database are you using (MySQL, MsSQL, etc), which modification if any (Maria DB, Percona, etc.) and which version? Or you can give us temporary access (ssh/cpanel/etc.), and we will try to do all for you.

If you are entering "Quota" in the field in a User Module, you should probably add the User Module,
Or have you added a custom module with a name Quota and it is missing? Have you tried "Extended" button in a report builder?
We might need to take a closer look to this together, if adding Users module isn't a solution. In this case maybe you can send us the temporary admin user access to eva.narunovska@itsapiens.eu or we can schedule a live web meeting with remote access.
Related issue with the license - when we look at license verification log, it tells us that it is OK now, - just checking, - does it work for you now, or is there still an issue?
Thank you for contacting us! You have applied for a plan 'All Users' - this license requires to be purchased for all of your CRM system users.
You can apply to another plan, "JUST REPORT USERS" - this allows you to select 2 users. Please note that in this case unlicensed users will not be able to see the reports and charts, only licensed users can do that.
The best would be if we could have the admin user access to your (maybe test system) and then we can take a deeper look create it for you. But please do not share it over here. Please send it to info@itsapiens.eu

You need to head over to the Admin panel and Schedulers and create a new (This can be sometimes hard to find - simply click the little arrow on next to schedulers in the top navigation bar)
From the "Job" drop-down menu select "Analytic Reporting Send Scheduled Reports". The Job name doesn't matter, but putting something descriptive helps and finally set the frequency- you can set every 1min - as it should not really put strain on your system as most times it will simply run empty and just check the schedule.
You will also need a second job - so create another one. This time you need to pick "Analytic Reporting Processes" from the Job drop-down. This is needed for the various jobs you have defined in the Analytic Reporting settings under the Job tab. All other options should be pretty much the same as for the Scheduled Reports above.

Basic version gives ability to only add Chart, not report to dashboards. PRO version is about ot release Dashboard solution, which allows to add report tables to dahsboard as well.
In relation to pre-built reports - can you please AdvancedReports table in your DB, - does it have any records (all report definitions should be in there).
