My Office 365 account does not have an option to configure an add in. Please advise. I am trying to get my client version outlook 2013 to work with this app.

I think you need to contact your Exchange Administrator. If you do not have a permission to install Office Apps via Outlook Web Access (OWA) then plugin will not show up in the desktop version of Outlook either. You need to be granted such permission by the administrator.
