I tried and installed the trial version of verison 1.6 and it was working in the beginning (but not after a while). So i waited for version 1.7. I un-install 1.6 and installed 1.7 verified the licence and user count, activated the scheduling in sugar and in windows for cron job. Sugar events are sents to google, but goole event are not sent in sugar.

    Also i dont know how to add this: please add following URL as redirect URI to Google APIs console http://bureaudr.cofamek.com:8008/sugarcrm/index.php?module=Users&action=GoogleOauth in google and i think it was not done with 1.6 and synch was working

    Let me check with our support to see if your URI was sent to us. While I check on my end, can you check to see if everything is set up properly on your end- see step #14 https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/gmail-sync/installation-guide. Please make sure the check marks are selected correctly.

      Step # 14 was done - and is active and job logs are there at each 6 min.

      Step #15 and 16 where also done in version 1.6 and was still there after un-install of 1.6 and re-install of 1.7

    Hello-we did update your URI yesterday. Please let us know if the you were able to update the GSync preferences to update your syncing.

      Ok, when i go to users and edit the user, i clic on the button TEST CONNECTION and i have an OK After that i save, and i still get the google error message below:

      Erreur :redirect_uri_mismatch

      The redirect URI in the request: http://bureaudr.cofamek.com:8008/sugarcrm/index.php?module=Users&action=GoogleOauth did not match a registered redirect URI

    i had to check Execute If Missed (it was uncheck) cause last time we add multiple copy of event in the calendar (same event 2 or 3 times)

    it just append again we have 2 entry for each events now in google

      we have multiple copy of event in the calendar (same event 2 or 3 times), for each events now in google - please see my last e-mail with sceenshots Event beginning with Meeting: (are those who have been added a second time ans seems to come from sugar and there where not there at the beginning, its seems thay have been added in sugar and sync back to google, but with Meeting: and added twice). We have also 1 meeting at 19:00 with we see 3 times ? that why last time we uncheck Execute If Missed on the scheduler.

    Hello- I believe we found the problem. There is an additional Calendar Sync (not our GSync product) installed causing some of the duplicates. Please uninstall any other calendar sync plugin before installing GmailSync in order to avoid any conflicts. You might need to do a fresh install of our new version 1.7 to get this updated correctly. Let us know if this works.

    Hi Junaid, I finished doing the cleanup in the agenda, after i installed (back) the plugin in sugar (and did the configuration and all). Happy to report that all is working normally now - thank you very much. I will now proceed to the payment and let go of the trial.
