Hello I installed add-on successfully and configure it correctly ( when i copy and run Resulting URL in browser sms send correctly ) but i faced to issue 1: in contact pop window show wrong sms number 2. in admin area "Send Test Message" and also popup contact no message send.

Environment: SuiteCRM 7.7.5 Run on Windows 2008R2, IIS7

    Hello, Do you get any message when pressing "Send" button on the pop-up window ? Have you activated add-on on the admin->activation page and do you see a green icon there ?

    Hello I got your direct email. I uninstalled add-on now and i am ready to install the correct package. Please confirm, Is okey that i download new SendSMS package again (on sugaroutfitters) and install it again

    Hello I installed version 1.1 but sms not send yet. A popup windows apear "SMS was sent successfully" but not thing deliver to sms gateway. Here is my gateway pattern, please check again... http://YourDomain/API/SendSms.ashx?username=demo&password=demo&from=30002931&to=9164324534&text=salam

    Hello Thanks for testing this out. What is the SMS Gateway you are using ? The url "http://YourDomain/API/SendSms.ashx" is not valid (wrong DNS). Can you send us your exact SMS Gateway configuration (might be the print screen from SendSMS configuration page). You can send this via e-mail to support@viznet.pl. We will then be able to check this out.

    Yes, I will send you the productive SMS gateway URL , But notice this is a local provider and only delivery to local mobile numbers no international numbers.

    Hello I reinstalled version 1_21 and result: 1. in SendSMS Configuration "to" parameter not save to custom BUT SMS send successfully. It seems more modifications is need to use with custom gateways

    We have to use our another SMS gateway too. Productive URL is as following and i also send you more details of API :

    Thanks for your tests. Its good that it has sent message successfully.

    Parameter "to" in SendSMS configuration is only for "example" purpose and just to demonstrate the ResultingURL pattern. When sending SMS from application, system takes number(s) from the pop-up window, from "SMS Number" field. The same is with message field.

    For your new SMS Gateway, it seems that it requires more url parameters than supported by our Custom configuration. We will prepare a new package, allowing for more parameters to define, so that you can use your production gateway, We will let you know once package is ready.

    Hello We have prepared a new package v1_22. We have added ability to add custom parameters to Custom SMS Gateway configuration by user. You should notice a new button "Add Param", which you can use to add new custom request parameters.

    BTW Does your api_key: 9c0e16a75c6674f310545c3399affb15:EAMnvaeuDXgwNMeZhZOuuXRRdsAB8V9H& end with '&' character? That could be problematic as '&' character will be encoded to send over http and this may change your api_key to be invalid for your sms gateway.

    Anyway, could you please test this out and let us know Thanks

    v1_22 tested and working fine now, i am going to check in deep.

    Does your api_key: 9c0e16a75c6674f310545c3399affb15:EAMnvaeuDXgwNMeZhZOuuXRRdsAB8V9H& end with '&' character? No! it was my mistake
