#328 - Theme does not work

When I enable the theme on Version 6.5.16 (Build 1082) it does not work and SugarCRM reverts to non-themed basic layout.

    Hello Clint,

    Thank you for purchasing the add-on. I request you to confirm following steps, Step 1: Installed add-on Step 2: Edited user profile which needs new theme, Themes tab, select the theme, save. Step 3: Login with the user, and you should get selected theme applied.

    To set default team, Admin > Themes > Choose default team of your choice.

    Can you explain how this was resolved? It'll help others who are running into the same issue. Whenever a case gets closed please always add how it was resolved. Running into a similar issue right now. Thanks!

      OK, that's fine. Just from looking at the case it looks like it was solved with the user directly. It would definitely help if when this was closed that a comment would have been also added explaining that the customer was never able to help you replicate the issue.

      I'm not able to generate it as well which probably means that it is a file permissions issue. Was hoping to see if you had any tips on how to deal with that for this theme.
