#2493 - cron errors & info from other google account syncing
Hi I installed RT Gsync a month ago and just realized that I didn't have cron setup properly. I just fixed it and am getting errors emailed to me like the following:

I tried admin > repair > Quick Repair & Rebuild but I still receive an email with the error every 5 minutes. At least I know its running>
I can see that contacts and calendars are syncing but the strange part is that the calendar and contacts from a different (personal) google account are syncing as well. My assumption is that I somehow linked them in google but I am not sure and can't figure out how to check or unlink them.

Hi Greg,
These are not errors but just warnings and have no effect on the functionality of the plugin. You can ignore them.
Regarding your second query, please check how many users are using Gsync on your Sugar. If another user assigns you a contact or calendar event then that record will get synced with your Sugar as well. So you need to check which other user has configured Gsync with your personal Google account.
Or you can send us the login details of your Sugar so that we can look into it and fix it.

Is there a way to suppress these warnings? I get them via email every 5 minutes. It filling my inbox.
With respect to the extra content syncing. It is all my personal contacts, etc from a different google account. Very strange, it works too well.

Hi Greg,
Please share screenshots of the actual emails which you are getting so that we can identify how you can stop them.
Regarding content syncing, it usually happens when you configure more than one Gmail accounts with your Sugar. So when you configure Gmail account A with Sugar, all content from A gets synced with Sugar and content from Sugar goes to A. Then if you configure a second account B with your Sugar then all the content that Sugar had from A will get synced with B as well. Therefore it is recommended that you only configure one Gmail account with one Sugar user to avoid syncing of unwanted information between different accounts.
