Hi,

when I edit my profile, enter my Google credentials and then click save I get redirected to a Google error page:

Error Details: 400. That’s an error.

Error: invalid_request

Missing required parameter: redirect_uri

Request Details scope= response_type=code access_type=offline redirect_uri= approval_prompt=force user_id=123@XXXXXXXXXXYYYYZZZ.com (changed my e-mail) client_id= That’s all we know.

What can I do to fix this?

Hi Moritz,

It seems like you have not put the "Gmail Id" and "Password" fields correctly from Studio. Kindly follow the steps from point 11. in the following link: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/gmail-sync/sugar7-installation-guide

  I just tried again and added the 2 fields in the studio again. I still get the same error. Also, when I look at the URL that is opened after I press save, the fields are missing in the URL:
  
  https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/auth?response_type=code&redirect_uri=&client_id=&scope=&access_type=offline&approval_prompt=force&user_id=123@ XXXXXXXXXXYYYYZZZ .com
  
  When I press "Test connection" in the Edit View, I get a "successful" message.

Hi Moritz,

From your mentioned URL it seems that some code of RT GSync is missing into config.php which is only possible if Installation is not performed correctly.

Can you please perform following steps;

1- Uninstall the installed package via "Module Loader" 2- Install it again 3- Enter Licence key and Verify it and Make your User Enabled for GSync 4- Now enter Email Address and Password under Profile settings for Gmail Id Authentication (As you have done before)

Please perform above steps and let us know your findings, We will guide you accordingly after you perform the above steps.
