#1833 - Verification Issue

Hi,

I have gotten a demo version of your application and installed the plugin in my CRM. Got the application in my iphone and followed the user guide that you guys provide but I can't seem to get past the verification step. I have copied and pasted the server url and the calendar publish key several times so there can be no typo in that. I notice that there is an advanced page in the app too with port/ssl settings but there was no mention of this in the user guide. Could you guys let me know what might be going wrong?

    btw - to reinforce what we've tried - 3 of our team members have all independently tried connecting the calendar on our iPhones with the same problem ie. fails to verify

    A couple of things. First, the username is case sensitive and must match the one in SugarCRM.

    Second, can you browse to the URL you are adding into your iPhone? If you see some XML that's OK, you just don't want to see a 404 or 500 error page.

    When we browse the URL, we are forced to login with Username & Password. We tried to login with crm user and calendar publish key as password(also tried crm password too) but it keeps us on same login screen and doesn't show any XML. Looking forward..

    I also tried and got the results as Saeed above (tried both the calendar publish key & CRM password in the browser test)

    Thanks, please can you paste the URL you are adding to your iPhone in a reply here? Obscure the hostname for security.

    Also please can you confirm the SugarCRM version, the flavour and the web server and database server software vendors and versions, as well as the PHP version. Thanks.

    We are adding bellow URL to Iphone where admin is username. [base-url]/sas.php/principals/admin

    Please also see bellow the other required information.

    **SugarCRM version: ** we are using SuiteCRM(v 7.2.3) **Flavor: **Community Edition Webserver: Amazon AWS servers, Apache **database server: ** mysqli v 5.6.25 **PHP Version: **5.5.26
