Multiple Inbound Email accounts
Add and manage multiple Inbound Email accounts. Each managed account can have it’s own settings and permission levels.
Sending From a Shared Account: Just select the appropriate account in the From field.
Create records from Email
Create multiple Sugar records from one email so you can do additional processing on your side before you can consider the email as Processed and Done.
Create a Record: For example, create a case from an email. Click on the Create Record button and choose the module.
Respond from multiple email addresses
Define multiple outbound (outgoing) email settings that your users can use when responding to Emails. Everyone who has access to configured mailbox can now respond from those office@, support@, sales@, info@ etc. addresses.
Track and Search Emails by State (Status)
In addition to searching shared email accounts by subject and email address, you can find emails that haven't been Processed yet with the email state search option.
