#316 - Looking for purchases
We are looking for our first purchases for our customers , what is best way to do that, do customer need to purchase it or I need to purchase for him. what is best way? How we can ensure we are getting credits right way?

Hello and thanks for asking.
The best way is to have the customer purchase it on their own, that way they have an opportunity to see all of the products on SugarOutfitters and potential purchase more in the future using your reseller code.
When the customer purchases the add-on, they need to click "Have a reseller code" and type your username there. This is how you will receive credit for the sale.

ok , my customer (robb@realestateconcepts.net) purchased it and put reseller code. I can't see any changes in my account. can you please confirm?

It looks like he did add the code, but it failed the first attempt and it wasn't reentered the second time around. I added the code to the purchase, so you should now see the purchase in your reseller info. Thanks!
