It was not possible to download the documentation, I hope you can clarify this question. * Under calculated fields I would like to calculate the Fiscal Year Quarter (FY16-Q1, FY16-Q2,...) based on a standard date (22.07.2016); considering the first quarter starts on April 01st.

Your are right, you can use calculated fields for Fiscal Quarter:
First of all you should use add date function; + 3 Months (please see attached sample sent to your e-mail);
When the fiscal date is calulated, you can use it under "Grouping and Sorting" tab;
Please use "Group & sort" option; choose your calculated fiscal date, and select 'Quarter' or 'Year with Quarter'
