#2799 - Longitude and Latitude In

I am based in Zambia, Africa. We cannot rely on Address as a marker on most maps systems. We tend to use Longitude and Latitudes to achieve this. In SugarCRM and SuiteCRM there is no provision to enter the Longtitudes and Latitudes of an account.
Basically, my requirements are are follows: 1) Add the Longitude and Latitude fields into the accounts creations window. It should take precedence over the default address and zipcode to place a marker. 2) Have a dashlet on both SugarCRm or SuiteCRM that displays a map with all the accounts markers on them. On clicking a marker, displays information about the account such as account name, contact details and any custom field I want on it,
