#2141 - Not working for an On Demand Env

I uploaded the module to a On Demand environment and the module is not showing up in the main Menu

    I installed the module on an On Demand Sugar environment, but after the installation and License validation, I’m not seeing either the Live chat or he SMS options.

    I have followed all the instructions in the installation guide, and I don’t know if you need to send me my Company and API IDs in order to see these options.

    Thank you, We have found that the module was loading after another addon that was not completely loading. We have updated the PixelHamronia to correct the issue. Please let us know if you continue to have problems.
