#1561 - Issue with SuiteCRM 7.3.1 - Tooltip Palette covers the modules

Hi,

I have just purchased your plugin and installed it successfully Unfortunately there appears to be a bug as the tooltip palette is centred on the screen and covers half of the modules you are trying to configure. I have tried this in IE, Firefox and Google Chrome. All browsers show the same error.

Please can you advise what is causing the issue and your proposed solution?

    I have just spent the last hour trying to get this plugin to work. If you minimise the screen then you are able to configure the plugin however, after all that it does not work with this version of SuiteCRM 7.3.1.

    Please can you let me know if this can be resolved. If not, please arrange for a refund.

      I did receive an email from the company letting me know they were looking in to it. I have subsequently followed up but have not received a reply.

    Hi there,

    you request for refund has been submitted and will be processed shortly. SuiteCRM is taking different direction and modules are starting not to be compatible with both.
