Can we set this to create email entries in SugarCRM for known contacts where the email address matches, without creating new contacts all the time?

    Hope you're keeping well.

    Currently our application is behaving as per your expectation i.e. all the email entries in SugarCRM are being created for known contacts only where the email address matches, without creating any new contact every time. Let me clear you out one more point that Gsync doesn't sync email but archives.
