What do you mean by "stopped working": it worked but it doesn't work anymore or it never worked?
Any settings screen exists in administration section, if the add-on is install correctly and you performed the repairs "Rebuild JS Grouping Files" and "Quick Repair and Rebuild" you should have the capability to add the dashlet on your dashboard of contact/account record view.

Hello,
Good news, I can see the company and its associated contacts (I did the repair as suggested).
Does this plugin also provide contact relationships too (hierarchy chart using the "report to" feature in Sugar)?

Sorry, I seem to be having another small issue. If I put all my contacts under one company name, is there anyway to differentiate departments without having to create new account records (it appears the only way to associate records is via "Member of"....which only exists at the account level)?

The module does not display the hierarchy between contacts. Currently there is no plans for this feature, but i will add it to the proposed features.
