Hi there, I have purchased the OrgChart for our company but am having difficulties with it. It doesn't appear as a hierarchy chart but comes up as all users reporting to one person which is not correct. Can you please look into this matter ASAP. Thanks for your help. Regards, Christine

    Hello Christine,

    The module is supposed to display a chart with the relations between accounts and contacts and not users of SugarCRM. If you have customised your Sugar differently (from the standard configuration) like renaming modules and/or using different relationships, the module will not work in your case.

    If that is not the case, can you please specify your SugarCRM version as well as sending us some screenshots so we can better understand your issue.

    Hi there,

    The version we are using is (7.6.2.1) and we haven't customised Sugar. I have been trying to create it from the account to gather a chart for the contacts associated with the account and who they report to but it's not working. For some reason am unable to attach photos are you able to provide me with an email address so i can send some pictures?
