#480 - Installing Question
Hi Support I am running 6.7.5 and have just uploaded the zip package. It showed 100% success on the installation however when I go to enable connectors it is not showing up as per the install instructions. I tried disabling and then enabling the module but it is not showing. Can you please assist.

Hi Matthew:
The OrgChart module is not a connector. It is a menu that appears under the Employee's module. Can you let me know if the menu item appears under Employee's?

Hi Jeff, Yes the menu item does appear under Employees. When I click on the Orgchart the screen is blank. I tried in different browsers with no luck. I checked the employees and each of them has a entry in the report to field. Any suggestions? Thanks Matt

Could you tell us if you server is using https or http? I believe that might be what is causing the issue.

We just uploaded version 1.1 which will work with either HTTP or HTTPS. Download the updated zip file and let us know if this resolves the issue.
