We do not provide named users in the pricing; every user of the system is capable of using Chitter so the license is per user.

Unfortunately; the UX for Sugar 6 takes advantage some of the features only available in the Sugar commercial editions themes. So this is not compatible with Sugar 6 CE.

When you synced the Contacts to Marketo. Marketo uses the Email address of the information sent to Marketo to deduplicate. Do all of the leads that have been created in Sugar/Marketo have the same email address?View Comment

Please log a bug with SugarCRM at http://support.sugarcrm.com. SugarCRM is the owner of the connector for Sugar 7; we just have it listed here for simplicity
