#1634 - SugarCRM & Outlook 365 on MAC Air

Closed General Question created by vanessabotha 8 years ago

Hi

I recently purchased and installed the SugarCRM add-in for Office 365 on my MAC.

The <>SugarCRM is visible just beneath the subject field in both the online Outlook 365 app as well as the installed Outlook 365 app. However, only in the online app does anything appear when clicking on <>SugarCRM. Is this correct?

Another question is, how do i use the add-in to create, update, read calendar events?

    Hi Vanessa,

Do you have Outlook 2016? The plugin should appear inside it like on these screenshots: Work with Outlook 2016 on MAC

If you have Outlook 2016 and the plugin does not work inside it you can send screenshots and detailed information to support@grinmark.com and we'll try to resolve the issue.

Calendar is not supported in the current version. In the next version users will be able to do one-way or two-way sync of Appointments (like it works for Contacts at the moment).
