#4096 - Error with Sync Set up
For some reason my emails have stopped syncing. I have gone through the profile set up and whilst I can connect to my exchange I can no longer achieve a successful test connection to the CRM. I receive the following error message: -

Connection Failed SugarInfo::Connect. AddIn version: GM.B.Sugar.Soap.SugarWrapperImplSoap:220.127.116.11 Connecting to https://my-crm-instance/ as 'MY USER' Error initializing connection: The request failed with HTTP status 403: Forbidden.
Please can advise?
