Within the Purchase History tab of the order in your Purchases area of the SugarOutfitters website you should be able to cancel your subscription when you no longer need the add-on.
As the subscriptions and billing are handled and controlled by SugarOutfitters, you will need to address any future questions about billing/subscriptions to them directly via the Contact Us link under the My Account menu at the top right of the website screen.
This field can be added to your email templates using the same method as adding an accept/decline link. By highlighting a piece of text in your template and clicking on the hyperlink button, you can insert this variable:$eit_events_information_url which will then contain any link you have saved in the 'Information URL' field.
As per Case 2112 (https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/support/enable-events/2112) this is due to an issue that we have recently identified on version 188.8.131.52 of Sugar, which we are currently working on resolving. Please continue to monitor Case 2112 for updates.
We have recently identified a bug when running EnableEvents on version 184.108.40.206 of Sugar when adding recipients to the Event in the Manage Bookings section, which we are currently working on. to resolve We will provide further updates on this as and when they become available.
Currently we have only configure the language pack for English US. You can manually configure the labels to be in German by going into Admin > Studio > Events > Labels, however this is something that we may be able to assist with in a future update but we would require assistance with the German translations for all of the labels.
