Introduction

Sugar Integrate for QuickBooks Online synchronizes Customer information, sales orders, Invoices, Payments and Currency information between the systems enabling improves sales process automation, sales efficiencies, and building longer term customer satisfaction.

Integration Capabilities

• The integration will allow a bi-directional sync between Customers (QBO) and Accounts in SugarCRM.
• Based on a timer workflow, when modified records are found in since the last integration run time in QBO, the account record in Sugar will be updated to match that of QuickBooks.
• QBO products and services (items/inventory) will sync one way to SugarCRM Product Template.
• An estimate is created in QuickBooks online when the quote status is “Closed Accepted” in SugarCRM.
• The quote syncs one way from Sugar to Estimate in QuickBooks online. The estimate can then be converted to an Invoice within QBO. The invoices are synced back to Sugar at a specified polling interval.
• New or modified Invoice and Payment records found in QBO will be synced to SugarCRM Invoices module.

• A SugarCRM instance
• A QuickBooks online account with full API access
• Sugar Sell v11.0 & above or Sugar Enterprise v11.0 and above
• Sugar’s QBO installable package for adding custom Sugar field(s)
• Sugar Integrate license for QBO
• Sugar dedicated user license for the integration
