Compatibility
This component is compatible with all SugarCRM versions from 6.5.6 to 7.9, both CE and PRO editions, including On-Demand installations, and all SuiteCRM versions.
Overview
The Module “Advanced Marketing Lists” automatically fill Target Lists and keep updated the Campaigns to which they are associated.
These records may act on the modules that can be linked with Target Lists: Contacts, Accounts, Leads, Targets and Users.
Maintaining target lists can be done by :
- Custom SQL entered by the user
- Create Advanced Marketing List from any search (with a new menu entry in ListView of Contacts, Accounts, Leads, Targets, Users and Employees modules)
Marketing Lists are kept easily updated because the module can create a scheduler for each query. Schedulers will be created with a single click (only admin users have rights to do that). Of course there is a action to launch the process of fill Target Lists manually, from DetailView and ListView.
