#3103 - Adobe Sign API won't authenticate
I have created and Adobe Sign account(Can it be an adobe trial account) and followed your documentation to setup the API user. I get: API Not Connected! Please try again or check Your Default Credentials. I want to test this.

Hi, Thanks for your message.We are not sure which version of the SugarEchoSign package you are using.In our latest package we are authenticating using the plugin.techloyce.com incase you just need to enter your Adobe account details and it will automatically get the authentication key.Incase you are using the different package then you have to provide the Adobe authentication key.I would suggest please reach me on skype so that I can guide you through.My skype id is KashifSaleem2011 Thanks and regards, Kashif Saleem www.techloyce.com
