You will need to shorten the length of the label of your sales stage to have it fit within the columns.

You are allowed to install the visual sales pipeline on a named instance as well as any development/sandbox environments. So you're good to go based on your question!

It does say it's compatible with Professional but under the process author pieces you'll see we mention Sugar Enterprise is required for workflow. We'll try and make it more clear though so that doesn't happen again.
We can get you a cost, we'll need requirements though. I'll have someone from our sales team reach out to you directly!

The plugin can have “workflows” in Sugar Professional but it’s not as elegant as using the Process Author. In order to do it with Pro you would need to have a developer create a logic hook inside of your instance of Sugar.
The legacy workflow management tool in Professional can do some things but it’s expected to be removed from Sugar at some point.
The diagram on the main page and instructions for the workflow is based on the process author functionality in Sugar Enterprise.
As for dashlets, there’s only a dashlet for the account record view because it detects phone numbers on that page. We haven’t built one for the homepage but will consider it as an option for a future update.View Comment

It doesn't offer response actions. They use links to send the user to a survey with a URL or any other type of web page. You can use a service like www.bit.ly to shorten the URL in the text message.View Comment

Congratulations on your first text message out of Sugar! Right now, our plugin is only capable of one way messaging. It's on our roadmap to include the ability to pull messages back into Sugar from Twilio but we're not quite there yet. The original use cases we were targeting were appointment reminders, surveys, check-in's...etc.

It sounds like you might not have your Twilio account configured properly. Please ensure that you’ve followed the instructions to setup Twilio and have purchased a valid phone number for use with the plugin otherwise you will get license issues.

Just to follow up on this - The Visual Sales Pipeline shouldn't be showing you columns for Closed Won or Closed Lost in the pipeline view. Once an opportunity is in either of those stages, it should not be showing on the pipeline at all, as the expectation is that it is no longer in your "pipeline". Using the Green Checkmark or the Red X will mark them as Closed Won or Closed Lost accordingly, and remove them from the pipeline view.
Are you seeing Closed Won/Lost columns on the pipeline?
