Unfortunately, there is no option to use multiple AND/OR operators in one report. You can only use a single AND(OR) operator for all of the filters in a report.

The Reports module should allow you to export names if you have included them to display fields list. Can you please send us the details of the report that you are trying to export? Screenshots of report parameters will be great.

For SugarCRM CE you need to use PHP version 5.2 or 5.3. as per SugarCRM CE compatibility matrix. This will also allow to run reports properly.

please make sure you are using suitable php version; for SugarCRM CE 6.5. PHP 5.3 is needed to make graphs in reports run properly.

Unfortunately we are not aware of the details in functionality of third party software like SecuritySuite. However, If the relationships are added properly to CRM modules they should be displayed in Reports module. You may check this by adding a new relations to modules via the Studio and then checking it in Reports.
