#891 - assign to more than one user
i'm using the free version of securitysuite on sugarcrm community 6.5.13. i want to assign an order (order module) to all the users that takes part of that order process. there are ussually 4 users that deal with the order, at the same time, and i want them to see only this order and not the orders that they don't take part in (assigned to). how can i make 4 "assign to" for this order? do i make each user a team, and add the order to the 4 teams (only the 4 users will see the order)?

Generally this is done by adding them to a team, but if these are 4 random people from anywhere then you may want to hack the flex relate field and add the Users module. However, this will not act as an "assigned to" field will. It will let you see who is working on a given record at a glance though.

You can now assign multiple assigned users to any record with the new Additional Assigned User(s) field now available in the Enterprise plan. It works just like the Assigned to field works. More information about it can be found on this doc: Multiple Assigned Users.
