Hello
I didn't find a way to change a view for shared calendars from week to month or day. Is it possible to implement this in the future or, maybe, there is way I don't see to do it right now?

Hello Anton,
That's a limitation of SugarCRM itself. I'm not sure what they have in the plans for the Shared Calendar view. It would be nice to change the view though. I'd recommend adding a feature request with SugarCRM here: http://www.sugarcrm.com/support/bugs.html
