I'm not quite following what you are seeing. Could you please send me an email with a screenshot and any other info to solutions@eggsurplus.com, please? This will help me better understand what is going on. Also, what version of SuiteCRM are you on? Is this an issue with SuiteCRM or SecuritySuite?
