Hi there! Make sure that php_curl is installed on the server, that config_override.php in root Sugar is writable, and that your server can connect to sugaroutfitters.com.

Sorry for the delay! We just got back from SugarCon. Yes, your key validates just fine for us. Do check that your server can connect to sugaroutfitters.com. That would cause this issue. Also check your sugarcrm.log in the root Sugar directory to see if anything sticks out there.
We don't have any reported issues with this at this time and there are many, many installs of it so I'm confident that we will be able to get you up and running.
