#1219 - license key validation error

Closed Bug? created by kieran5405 9 years ago

Hi,

I purchased your product and now when I try and input the license key on our live server (on which I have just installed securitysuite for sugar 6.5.18) I get the below error. I can access the internet fine.

Thanks

Failed: SugarOutfitters_API::call(): Unable to validate the license key. Please configure the firewall to allow requests to https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/api/v1/key/validate and make sure that SSL certs are up to date on the server.

It looks like your server cannot connect to sugaroutfitters.com. Make sure that the firewall allows connections to sugaroutfitters.com and then try it again.

hi...I am using windows server 2008 r2...and I can connect to the url in a browser and have turned off the firewall temporarily on the server but still no joy. I am behind a proxy. is there any other ways I can test what the issue might be?

Also see that php_curl is installed and enabled. Method 2 on this page is an easy way to check for php_curl: http://www.techxplore.net/2011/02/23/how-to-check-curl-is-enabled-or-installed-with-php/

      Hope that helps!
