#3641 - unable to apply license after installation
Hi Rolustech,
I have recently installed the latest version of RT SalesMap into on of our Clients sugar on-demand v 7.11 instance.
The install completed successfully, however I am now unable to apply the license key.
I have run the quick repair and rebuild, cleared the additional cache and cleared my local browser cache after the install.
when i go to Administration > RT SalesMap License Verification I get the following error message:
Error retrieving record. This record may be deleted or you may not be authorized to view it.
Can you please assist with resolving this issue.

Is it possible for you to share admin user credentials of your client's Sugar as well as the SSH credentials so we can make an in-depth investigation? Please be careful not to share sensitive information on this thread as this is public. You can send the requested information at support@rolustech.com.
If it is not possible for you to share the requested information then we can conduct a screen share session via webex and try to resolve the issue through that.
