#3393 - Upgrade to 7.9

Sugar has notified us that our instance is having issues upgrading to 7.9.2.0 due to incompatibility with the RT Sales Map plugin. I see in your list of cases that there is a new update that is compatible with 7.9 - can you please provide that to me? Also, we had a customization that you had programmed into the previous version for us - that would allow a user to select multiple states from the list rather than just one. We need this customization to still be there once we upgrade to the 7.9 compatible version. Please advise. Thanks, Eric

    Thanks for reaching out.

    We have developed an updated package of SalesMap for Sugar 7.9. However since your SalesMap plugin is customized you cannot use that package as all you customization will be gone if you use that. Kindly drop an email at support@rolustech.com with your current package so we can fix the errors and send back to you.
