#2982 - Plugin requesting to boost license count even though only licensed number enabled
Hi Support,
I am raising this on behalf of one of our clients.
They are licensed for 8 RT SalesMap users, but have 9 users in SugarCRM. In the User configuration we have 8 users enabled an 1 disabled, to meet the licensing requirements, however every time we tried to save this setup, we would get a prompt that we need to boost the license count.
This had been working fine previously, it was only within the last few days that it stopped working.
I do know that their environment will be getting upgraded to 7.8.1.0 soon, but that has not happened yet, to my knowledge they have not had anything changed in their system and the only thing done was running the health check via the installer to ensure the upgrade can happen.
Luckily one of the users has left, so we made them inactive, to bring the license count down to 8 as a work around, but would like to address this issue as I expect it will return when they create a new user.
