#4786 - Queued sync job not synchronizing data

Good afternoon,

the Zanasi customer reports that a Mailchimp Audience is not synchronized correctly with the related SugarCRM Prospect List.

Before the checks I re-entered the license key and re-validated the association to avoid any problems with this. SugarChimp Version: 12.3.0a

--- Health Status --- Checking the "Health Status" page, I notice that the Mailchimp Audience concerned is stuck in the "Mailchimp to Sugar Sync Queued" phase.

Queued activity does not allow sync from SugarCRM to Mailchimp, I ask how to unblock the observed deadlock. I asked the customer if he made changes on Mailchimp before SugarCRM, I'm waiting for an answer.

--- Admin --- From the admin page I have observed several elements After 10-15 minutes, reloading the page, I can't find any data

--- adminactivitiesmc --- No data present after loading the table

--- adminbatches --- Several errors have been logged over the past seven days. Looking at the last 10 events, I notice that the mailchimp audience with ID c073079c6f always reports three errors.

I have created a zip file with the affected elements, I ask where to send the data

    Happy to help. If I understand correctly, a Mailchimp Audience that used to sync correctly no longer does. Is that correct? Our latest version is SugarChimp 13.0.10 and has some pretty significant changes. Let's start by getting up to date with the most recent version. Instructions for doing that can be found here: https://fanaticallabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004608392-Update-to-the-Latest-Version-of-SugarChimp

    Once installed, if we're still not seeing the new records appear, let's gather a bit more information. You can send that information that you have collected to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com.

    Nice to meet you, I've updated my version of SugarChimp but I haven't seen any changes from before.

    I sent an email with the elements to the address indicated to continue the analyses.
