How do you get custom fields to show in ZenDesk? I don't see an option to change the layout. Thanks

    Hi Dan, I can help with this. It's possible to add new modules and fields to the Zendesk app view, we just currently have to help you do that. We haven't quite completed the interface to allow you to do this on your own (coming soon!).

    If you would, shoot me an email at zendesk@fanaticallabs.com and tell me which modules and fields you would like to see for the ticket, user and organization views in Zendesk and I'll be able to tell you how to make it happen.

    Over a call, we were able to setup the custom fields Dan wanted to be visible on the Zendesk side.
