#2999 - Sugar Opportunities missing in Zendesk

Hi Chad,

According to the customer with the new 2.0.1 version, they are not currently seeing any Sugar Opportunities in Zendesk any more. Apparently this was the case with the previous version.

Please advise

    Hi Malcolm, if you want opportunities to show when viewing a ticket in Zendesk, the requester's email address or collaborator's email address needs to match a Contact in Sugar that has an Opportunity related to them.

    Put another way, if you go to the Sugar and bring up an Opportunity record does it have any related Contacts on the Opportunity? If it does not, it will not be displayed on the Zendesk side because we do not have a way to link it through to Sugar.

    Can you confirm if they have specific Contact records related to their Opportunity records?

    Hi Malcolm, I found out that the opportunities module was disabled by default, but that is something I can easily enabled for your client.
