After clicking ACCEPT, runs for 5mins and than goes to a blank white screen

    Hi Chris, sorry for the issues. I can help with this. Usually a blank screen indicates a PHP error of some sorts.

    Can you check your php error logs to see if anything is logged there?

    Also, can you provide an order ID or customer name this installation is for?

    While looking for the Log I see the Fanatical Zendesk Configuration, Last section in Admin Panel. Also Zendesk is installed on this Sugar instance. We were told to Use Fanatical inorder to do the Sugar Upgrade. Should I uninstall the Zendesk Integration

    Nevermind, error says install package could not be found. 1. Please point to where I can find the logs 2. What about the current Zendesk install

    It's not the easiest interface. You can upload it using the "picture" icon in the editor.

    Chris and I were able to get on a call. It seems the initial blank screen issue may have been a Sugar oddity. We were able to get the integration installed and configured after trying to install it a second time.
