Hey guys,

We would like to cancel our subscription to using the tool Yathit. Please give us a step by step instruction on how to do so

    simply cancel here. There is nothing to do in Yathit or Extension. You can continue to use the extension as free version.

      I wish that I could upload a screen shot, but I only see a button that says "Update # of users"

      Also, in the upper right corner of the screen it says "Free Trial was cancelled 10/7/2016."

      Thanks Jason, but our CTO has already been charged for another year, when I posted the original question three weeks ago

      That charge was refunded on 11/27. By now it should be back on card from where the charge originally came from.

      Hey Jason, I just spoke to our head of software purchase and he has confirmed that it has been canceled. You can close this ticket. Sorry, I was not informed that this issue was resolved
