    Hello, I have checked same package in Community 6.5.17, It's working fine. Can you please check file permission on your instance? To set proper file permission please follow the Installation Guide. then please try to re-install.

      Got it to install but it WP won't connect to sugar and the portal layout setting is not working... You support PHP 5.4?

    Hello, Yes, this plugin support PHP 5.4. can you please re-check the REST URL that you have to enter at Wordpress Sugarcrm/Suitecrm portal settings. It should be like /custom/service/v4_1_custom/rest.php. Thanks

    Having the same, issue, other plugins install fine such as kreporter.

    Nothing wrong with permissions, when permissions change I get a different error. sugar version 6.5.24
