Thanks for using our add-on. It should work with this version. Have you got any errors in the console window? Also, can you please check the error reporting setting on a server? Is there any firewall setting on the server which prevents calling SugarOutfitters while checking the license? Let us know your findings and then we will connect on Skype or Zoom. Client has firewall which were restricting to validate. It is fixed now, so closing the case.
