#4322 - WebToModule to Web site Wordpress

Closed General Question created by alhauf Verified Purchase 4 years ago

I was able to create a WebToModule for our lead records, and it works well. All of the fields (both visable and hidden), show into our SugarCRM instance - v9.3.0

Two questions - - When I hit "submit" it should go to the URL on our web site - but does not go there? - how do I get the code for the form to the landing page on our web site?

    Hello alhauf,

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    (1) When I hit "submit" it should go to the URL on our web site - but does not go there? - Have you set the correct redirect URL on the last step while creating a WebToModule record? It would be good if you can provide that URL to us so we can check in our local.

    (2) how do I get the code for the form to the landing page on our web site? - You can download the HTML file from the ListView of the WebToModule record. You can also have the HTML file in the directory "UrdhvaTechWebToModule" which is existing on the root of your SugarCRM file systems.

You can also get in touch with us on Skype. Our Skype id: urdhvatech

Thanks & Regards, Team Urdhva Tech.

      Hello,

We are stuck. We can create the WebToModule lead form, and generate working html model with our browser. When enter the field data using the browser, it submits the correct data to Sugarcrm, and takes us to the correct URL, where the video is. We then copy the URL in the form and paste it into a Wordpress page. When we hit the Wordpress preview button - it renders the fields, but they are now vertical and the edge of the fields are in the zig zag position. When we enter data into the fields - the data is not pushed to Sugarcrm, and it does not go the correct URL and shows this message "Please upload the form on correct domain".

    Hello,

Corrected the domain where the WebForm should be. So all the points are resolved and closing the case based on the email conversation.

Thanks & Regards, Team Urdhva Tech.
