Hi, we have implemented the form in our website. However, there is an error message "No access. Conctact your site administrator". What can be the cause?

Dutch error message: “Je hebt geen toegangsrechten. Neem contact op met de site administrator om toegansrechten te verkrijgen."

Hello Marco,

Have you set any IP restrictions or firewall setting for server[Live Instance] ? It should work well without any such error. Have you checked on your test instance that it is working or not ?
