    Hi Adi,

    Thank you for your patience.

We would like to know which RT Telephony version are you using?

Also, in the meantime, please try the following quick fix:

    • Open the Profile from the Admin dropdown
    • Click on Edit
    • Under the Advanced tab find Field Name Placement
    • Select Above Field Value from the dropdown
    • Click on Save
    • Refresh the Module Record page and click on the Call icon button

Please let us know of the progress once you have tried the above steps.

    Regards, Team Rolustech.

    Hi there,

well your quick fix is working, and it looks like all the people with this issue need to apply this separately on their accounts. But not all the people have this problem (I'm not).

    Regards, Daniel

Well, is not resolved. We would stay with previous option and not apply any changes manually. Changing back this option (to "above...") showing the issues again.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your patience.

For the first query - yes it's required for every user to change their profile settings.

This issue is a known issue and this is occurring due to the SugarCRM version Update conflicting with our RT Telephony implementation. For the time being, we use the profile settings for a temporary solution. We are on our next release, in which we are resolving this issue on priority. You can get the next release in 1-2 months.

Feel free to share your feedback with us.

    Regards, Team Rolustech.
